
We need Potatoes, Cheese, Garam Masala, Salt, Raisins, Cashew nuts, Fresh Pomegranate Seeds, and Corn Flour for preparing Stuffed potato vegetable. For Gravy, we need Fresh Cream, Vegetable Oil, Cashew nut Paste, and Milk. First of all, we boil potatoes, cut in half and peel. Then we will scoop the potatoes with the help of spoon. We will collect the pulp extracted from scooping the potatoes. Now, mix grated cheese, fresh pomegranate seeds, raisins and cashew nut pieces in the potato pulp. Then, we add Garam Masala and salt in it and mix it well. Our Masala is ready for stuffing. Now, we stuff it in scooped potatoes. Prepare batter from corn flour in a bowl. Now, we heat oil in a pan. Then, dip the upper surface of stuffed potatoes in corn flour batter and shallow fry these potatoes in oil. The corn flour batter will protect the stuffing of potatoes to come out, while frying. Turn the potatoes to fry equally from all the sides. We take out potatoes from oil, when the potatoes turn light brown. Now, we will prepare cashew nut gravy. For that, we heat 2 tea spoon oil in a pan and add cashew nut paste, fresh cream and milk. Then we mix it well. Now, let the gravy cook on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile stir it, so that it will not stick at the bottom of the pan. Add water, if the gravy is too thick. Finally, we add salt in gravy and mix well. So now, our stuffed potatoes and gravy are ready. Its now time to serve. We put hot gravy in a bowl. Add a fried stuffed potato in it, and garnish it with pomegranate seeds.
