
We need raw mango, black mustard seeds, fennel seeds, yellow mustard seeds, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, onion seeds, fenugreed seeds and mustard oil. Cut raw mango in desired size. 8 slices of an average sized mango is an ideal size for pickle. Wash the pieces of mango properly and let dry on a muslin or cotton cloth for 7-8 hours in air. Mix all the dry spices (except oil) in a bowl. Heat mustard oil in a pan till fumes, then let it cool at room temperature. Now mix mango pieces, all the spices and oil very well. Delicious raw mango pickle is ready. Keep this pickle in an air-tight Jar. You can start consuming it after 6-7 days. It can use for at least 1 year. Subscribe Me for my new recipes on Youtube.
