PMS Why is my Emotional Wife Crying or My Girlfriend is Crying

Hello, my name is Gary Simmons, In this PMS Survival Skills webinar I want to give you three practical tips and strategies to help you handle your wife or girlfriend if she's crying or really upset with you for no apparent reason. PMS Survival Skills have been created to give you a deep understanding about your wife or girlfriend's physical and emotional needs throughout her four-week mood cycle. One of the key ideas of PMS Survival Skills is to help you communicate in a way that SHE understands. Basically, a 4 week mood cycle refers to a woman's state of mind as she moves through the phases of her menstrual cycle. The 4 phases are as follow 49Relief Week When it comes to applying PMS survival skills, it's best to wait until Relief week starts because it's the ideal time to take stock and gauge exactly where you are within your woman's cycle. Relief week is also when you must begin to mentally prepare for her upcoming 4 week mood. Love Week Love week is the best! I say this for the obvious reasons, because this is the week when women have an increased desire and interest in intimacy and when your woman can become the best friend you can ever have, if you let her. Restless Week Restless week is interesting because it's a relatively slow transition from being in Love week. Restless week is when women feel hemmed in or trapped by their circumstances, situation, their job, and their problems. Life becomes frustrating, difficult and agitating simply because women start to feel... restless. It's slow at first. As Restless week unfolds your woman starts to get a little grouchy. She then starts to notice and then hones in on the imperfections she sees in you and the way you say, do and not do things. Restless week is when women decide they want to move house, redecorate the lounge room, change jobs or book a holiday. Volcano Week The time to effectively deal with issues and problems within your relationship is NOT during Volcano week although ironically this is when your wife or girlfriend will inevitably try to raise them! What's happening in Volcano week is that women are feeling an increasing restlessness and insecurity building within themselves and sometimes they just need to release it with a hearty shout and or a cry. Let's face it Volcano Week can be tough for everybody!Guys can't do anything to 'fix' a problem they think their woman may have. Navigating through PMS in Volcano Week is a process that women AND men must undergo, although from quite different perspectives. So here's 3 PMS Survival Tips for Men to help make things a little easier. Tip atienc MS is cyclic, it WILL pass and soon. If you and your partner are going through a tough time this week, hang in there, it will be Relief Week in a few days and things will settle down. Also be patient with your wife or girlfriend. Remember she doesn't choose to have PMS. Tip tay cal hen your woman is in the midst of PMS, the last thing she needs is you to be reactive and making things worse. If you feel upset and stressed... breathe. Maybe you need to take some time out. Do something you want to do for an hour or so. But remember, don't disappear for half the day or night otherwise your woman may feel abandoned by you and things will get worse. Tip on't take it too personall hatever your wife or girlfriend is feeling, that belongs to her. Women deal with emotions differently to men and that's okay. Be kind and caring. If you've said or done something that has upset her, then take the time to deal with it. She'll appreciate the effort.
