
My name is Kim and I wanted to share that I used to suffer from restless leg syndrome which is this condition that's really annoying. Whenever I would lay down and start to rest, I would get this feeling where I would have to move my legs in order for it to go away. And so this happened every night and it would take me hours to go to sleep and finally I started taking medication because I just wasn't getting any sleep. It was horrible. But since I have been doing the raw foods, I haven't had that problem. So I'm off the medicine. Yeah! Wanted to share that with you and oh I went camping and I ran out of raw food so I had a can of soup, a can of healthy soup from Mothers but that night my legs were very jumpy. So I realize now that it's got something to do with the chemicals in the processed foods so good stuff to learn. Thanks.
