Psychologists say that sometimes it's accompanied by compulsive behaviors or panic attacks but they all come back to the word fear. We're going to see, in these videos, how to gain control of that fear and how to gain control of the body during a panic attack or an anxiety attack by using yoga breathing techniques. These techniques are two thousands years old but they are incredibly modern technology, at the same time, that's the interesting thing about yoga. So, we're going to use these breathing techniques to get control of ourselves and conquer anxiety and panic attacks.
