Testimony wanted to explain to Lynn how Arnoux said that your taste buds change. I love super green , I love wheat grass so I do one on our own and every morning we have our green smoothie and I just love them. This feels so much better. At the beginning of this session I gained weight and I talked to you about that. I lost the weight I gained, I never lost anymore but I've lost inches and I've lost a whole size. So I'm happy with that and I feel healthier and in goes the green. Arnou hank you. Thank you T want to share that I stopped taking the Lipitor in conjunction with my doctor. My doctor Phyllis. Well she called me today and told me that my blood tests came back and everything was perfect. The cholesterol was way below normal. The good cholesterol was where it should be and the bad cholesterol was down. Everything across the border was perfect. So she said, 'keep doing what you are doing because you don't need the Lipitor anymore.' Well starting in January I did a whole food raw food cleanse for 3 weeks. Then I just stayed off raw food and I gave up all cheese and animal products. I never thought I could give up cheese and I did it because I just stopped stocking the refrigerator, It was just like cholesterol loaded. So I thought about it and I think I'd better stop taking with sandwich which my chiropractor was telling me was not a good thing for the liver. It's not good for you. So I would rather do that and not eat cheese. I love it. I make salads, I make smoothies, I don't feel deprived at all. I just make all kinds of different kinds of salad. I just eat raw and fruits and veggies. T hen we started this program I too was ill and I probably did 95% raw and we are doing the cleanse this week and I've lost 15 pounds. T ome of you may know that I'm recovering from ... and it's been like a God send. Feels human. It's great, I just feel more balanced. I feel more in touch with the universe. Everyone around me, I feel more love and optimistic and a lot more energy and I'm starting to love life again so thank you Arnoux. Arnou ou are welcome. T o I had a physical recently and I had some blood work done. The results came back and the doctor was incredibly alarmed. He said your enzyme levels... well a couple of the enzymes are six times what they are supposed to be. Your liver is failing and there are some terrible issues and I'm like well wait a minute, I am extremely healthy this can't be! They sent me to a specialist and I'm like alright this is great, I literally do this at Total Mastery I can handle this. So I thought maybe there is just something I didn't know about. You know I was very concerned coz you hear this stuff and I went online and I did all this research. Everything he said was an issue with the enzyme levels being that high was validated with whatever I had in the internet. I read article after article. Except there was one article buried 10th page of Google that had one sentence about the correlation with the high enzyme levels and living foods. One sentence, that's all I found. That's all I had to go with in addition to of course having Arnoux at home. So I went to the specialist or the doctor and had a, and he was very concerned, he wanted me to have a liver biopsy and all this stuff. He's like, 'do you have a swelling? Let me check?' And I was like, 'no, no swelling.' He was like, 'does this hurt?' and I go. 'no, nothing hurts.' I said why don't I just take another blood test? He's like okay let's do that. I go 'I need to go eat a cooked meal first.' Cooked meal first. And he goes well that's nothing to do with it. I said, well humor me. Let me just do that. I thought, I don't really want to have a cooked meal. I haven't had a cooked meal for a year but I'm going to do it just to satisfy. Then Arnoux is saying 'honey remember the lady who didn't eat cooked food for 7 years then went and had blood work and she was told she had Aids!' She said she ate a malt ball and then did her blood test so even with that information I was still concerned. I thought ok. So I went and I had my favorite vegan dish which was like a noodle; a vegetable stir fry noodle dish. I had like 5 bites and I was stuffed. I enjoyed it. I'm not going to lie. So I did that, that night. Next morning I went and had my blood work. What do you think happened? I was normal. 'Normal' according to a standard American diet. So what does that tell you about the American medical industry? They know what they know and they don't know what they don't know, right? So I just felt that it was important to share that. Because I know what I know and I have this education in my life and still I am scared. I was scared. So I just want you guys to know that you don't need to be scared because the knowledge that you have has been proven. Seek out resources and trust your intuition. They rolled their eyes at me. I had two doctors roll their eyes at me, 'come on' you know I'm a strong smart woman, I stand up to anybody and yet still it was a little bit difficult for me. So you guys are all on the right path. We are all on the right path. We are all very very ...
