Attil got involved with Total Health Mastery because I thought this was a health and Nutrition course so what I found out was it was a total life and spiritual mastery program. About 3 years ago I was involved; and the reason my throat is a little bit hoarse today is because I was screaming at a charity event, but 3 years ago I was involved in a charity event where the object was to ride 100 waves in 12 hours. I accomplished that in 8 hours. I was also wiped out the next day. Since then I took Arnoux course and I started to learn about nutrition. I learnt about alcohol and environments and lactic acid and how that works in your system. So I made some changes. I made some shifts and I did this same charity event yesterday. I did 100 waves in 4.5 hours with no fatigue. I'm here today; I even left the charity event early yesterday so I could come here for the rest of the course. I was having a great time. Stayed up late and it took me about 5 hours and I'm here having a great time and I feel wonderful. One other thing, Arnoux taught me things about how to create and what are the blockages and the limitations to my own joy and enthusiasm. With the tools that I've learnt I'm able to get to a greater place of joy and enthusiasm quicker than I ever could before. Something that you practiced with me when we're talking about this cyst that I have on my arm. I had about this half dollar cyst that grew out of my arm it was like a third person. I sat down with Arnoux and we cleared a couple of pictures. We cleared a major picture around it , put some pure remedy on it and the thing has basically kind of died and reduced. It's about a half of what it was before. So the combination of clearing pictures and with the cream has just been working great. With those tools I'm just thrilled. Thank you Arnoux.
