overcoming insomnia so it's really wonderful deeply deeply relax everyday I log on about 15 minutes early and I stay for 15 minutes after our session to answer questions from our viewers and to just have a little chat to tell you more about the topic of the day and I'm also going to update on how many totally views we had if you add up all of our views on YouTube and all of our views on Ustream we're up to 81 views so far and I imagine that we're going to break a thousand very soon which is very cool this is only our second week in business so I appreciate you so much to being here I afterward I'll stay online to discuss more about where insomnia comes from the different types and categories of insomnia and how to overcome sleep deprivation throughout the day alright go ahead and close your eyes taking a nice deep letting go breath beginning to relax both mind and body relaxing the forehead and smoothing out any creases relaxing the tiny muscles next to the eyes relaxing the jaw all the way down letting it hang heavy and slack and relaxing the shoulders all the way down and staying deeply relax go ahead and open your eyes and look straight up at the ceiling continuing to breathe deeply looking straight up at the ceiling and even a little bit back looking up and back with the eyes slightly strain you'll notice those eyelids getting heavier and heavier and slowly just feel so comfortable to close those eyes and once and for all allowing this to take you even deeper and repeating after me I'm calm I am in control I choose to relax right now I am calm I am in control just a moment I'm going to count down from 3 to 1 when I reach to number 1 I'll gently snap my fingers when I gently snap my fingers you'll imagine yourself lying in your bed where you sleep every night and with every single number that I count down every single decreasing number you will double your relaxation 3 doubling your relaxation now 2 doubling your relaxation again and begin to imagine yourself in your bed at home whether you see it or feel it or you just know that you're imagining it you hear the sound perhaps your bedroom has a particular breezes or smell use all of your senses to really imagine yourself in your bed right now that right now you're going to imagine that there on your bed is a beautiful beautiful box the beautiful empty box and it's decorated just the way you like it maybe it look like a antique pirate chest or like a beautiful princess chest or a box with your favorite solid color however your wise mind per see it it's correct this is the box with all of your thoughts all of your worries all of your concerns go there's no place for them than the bedroom the bedroom is where you sleep and you relax so go ahead and start taking all of the thoughts that you have all of the worries open up that safety box and start throwing them in there whatever you have to do tomorrow have no place in your bedroom throw it in the box whatever you did wrong the day before have nothing to do with anything while you're sleeping throw it in the box if you have a worry or concern that involve around sleeping definitely throw that in the box and once you dump all of your worries all of your concerns into the box go ahead and put a smile on your face as you take a nice deep letting go breath and put a cover on that box and now very magically that box floats up your bedroom opens and that box fly out into another part of your house perhaps its goes into a closet perhaps it just keep flying and flying away and then you know in the morning after you stretch after you practice self hypnosis after you brush your teeth after you done your morning routine when you're ready to have those thoughts back the box will fly back into your life wherever you are you can open it up and pull out what you need so go ahead just imagine that box now completely gone at this point you'll come yourself down imagining yourself in your bed falling into a deeply sound restful sleep only waking up for emergency or go to the bathroom and then falling right back down into a deep beautiful wonderful sleep and your manstrat for this while you're imagining yourself lying in bed while you're physically lying in bed having imagine that box of stuff leaving your room the monstrat is 10 I am going deeper and deeper 9 I am going deeper into sleep 8 I am going deeper into sleep 7 I am going all the way into sleep now 6 I am going all the way into sleep now 5 4 3 2 1 you'll enjoy the most restful wonderful sleep the most wonderful restful rejuvenate sleep you already
