Quit I can't sleep all night I did go to bed early...about 9 or 10 Tossed & turned, my back started hurting QUIT Cat's clawing me...jeez Anyways.. Insomnia Insomnia I'm so tired but I can't sleep (Annoyed) Why I have this hat on? I looked out the window I seen blanket of white snow Maybe a good 2 inches COLD! I don't know the tempature 22 degrees! I don't like the cold That explains why I can't sleep I have arthrisis (sorry if spelled wrong) I'm tired Who? well I'm curious I have a history of difficultiy sleeping at night My family doctor (long long time ago) maybe early 80's? Doctor said "She has problem because she's deaf OK... Doctor suspects that I constantly want to watch so I don't miss anything The need to watch surroundings due to my deafness leads to incapable of sleep So I'm curious Any of you deaf have problems with sleeping at night Normally I take ambien to help sleep I sleep good, wake up fine If without I can't sleep, or don't sleep well I would sleep for hours and hours and hours I have to have someone to wake me up I hate... having insomnia (sigh) See you around! bye! ?
