You write down the questions after you get in bed, you do three to five Hu's. Again, because what you're doing, since it's an ancient name for God, I mean what are we talking about here? It's an ancient name for God, so when you emit the word Hu, you are once again aligning yourself with divine spirit. With the best guidance for you. You are letting your higher self know, you are sincere, and you really want an answer. And, you will be given an answer ten times out of ten.
