EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques - Tapping Explanation



Hi there, my name is Troy Aaron and I'm the founder of tune2peace.com and I run personal transformation sessions in Brisbane and the Gold Coast by phone and Skyp and this video here today is just telling you a little bit about process of Emotional Freedom Techniques also known as EFT, Meridian Tapping, or just tapping or you know anything like that. now the prossess of EFT involves tapping on key meridian points I'm which I cover all the major meridians and main vessels, and these points are just to standard set of tapping points invented by or developed by previously TFT thought Field Therapy and then subsequent to that, a student of TFT, Gary Craig develop this process which is sort of a cover all, more standardized process so that anyone can access it. and his process is so powerful and has touched the lives of so many you know of and myself personally included in that, because it releases us from being a victim to our emotions, for example you've got anxiety over situation and you have some fear or something about a situation, rather then avoiding that situation and living your life around avoiding that situation constantly, you now have the power to face whatever is bothering you about that situation and work through it, so that situation no longer controls your thoughts, your actions, I where you go, what you do you know if you really want to have a dream and you can access it because you're anxious about some step along the Way, well EFT is so powerful to help you to release those Speed bumps and to bring down those brick walls in the way. so basically EFT is simply tapping on points, consists of a set up phrase "even though I have this problem I'm still a good person" or I choose now to overcome it, you know something like that, so even though you've got the problem, everything's on some level OK and you know I then you can move through it so you're tapping on, you know this point here then we just work down through the meridian points and all set up another video to explain the process and points in more detail this is more just giving a bit of background about eft. so by tapping on these points we're accessing our energy meridians which you would be familiar with through acupuncture and acupressure I believe works on the same same premise so as we tap on these points, we're sending kinetic or movement energy through the energy Meridian and these energy meridians like the connection between our outer energy bodies and our physical body, which we can touch and feel. so those who are a little more sensitive, you would be more aware of the energy bodies outside the physical body which, and the energy bodies are a functional our emotions, our thoughts, our beliefs, any traumas or anything we may have had the past are all stored somewhere in aura or energy field and, as a result also reflected in our physical body so by tapping on is an easy meridian points we are reconnecting those lost parts of us, those parts that we haven't been able to clear or deal with. Emotions beliefs, that kind of thing, we are reconnecting them and clearing those emotions out so as we tap, we'll feel that we can feel and I can feel right now tapping the sensation of things leaving. Things leaving the energy field. we take in deep breaths we might start feeling some emotion come up that we didn't know was there, which was or was a lump in our stomach, or in our throat, or pressure on ahead. Or Sore legs or sore arms. we just thought it was that and we go to the doctor. why Can't you know, we need to do something about this sore leg, or this knot in my stomach as you start tapping you start realizing that many of these aches and pains actually are unexpressed un-dealt with emotion, so as we tap, we just notice what's coming up and you start seeing why you're holding within your body with your mind within your emotions, within your energy field and it's just a passage out of their, it's like I heard of an EFT practitioner recently say it's like a opening a window up and letting the smoke out.
