
My name is Sayad and I wasn't going to take this class actually because, I was, I knew a lot about health. I already told you for six years I have been studying health like crazy. I have done cleanses like you wouldn't believe. My insides are squeaky clean. I learnt from this area, and this area, and this area and this area and I pulled it together to figure out what I knew. So then I took it to The Solution Weekend and this five day course and it just blew my mind away. Like it really taught me brand new information, which was insane. Like a lot of brand new information. So that just blew my mind away. Thank you so much for that. It's just like you just pulled what I learnt together. There was a lot of information that I was missing, a lot of information that I was confused about, a lot of information that was, okay I did the right thing, I did what people told me to do and then yours just came together in one complete puzzle. Yours just fit the puzzle. I know exactly what to eat on an everyday basis. I know exactly what my body needs now instead of guessing, instead of pulling the pieces together. So thank you for that. Thank you very much. That's just part of what I got in these five days. The other huge thing of what I got is, you know when you are dealing with health you deal with emotions. And powerful emotions. If anybody out there has emotions that they are dealing with whether it's pure anger or sadness you have a way, the 7 step way called the 7 steps to release those emotions. And by the way I am a certified master therapist, I'm a certified master life coach/success coach. I thought I knew a lot there too. I have a lot of tools in my belt to deal with almost any issue and you and your 7 step program is awesome. The 7 step program is really, really good to release just about anything that anybody ever has and what has experienced in their lives from childhood just to release it. Because we are carrying that with us all our lives. Anytime we get upset, anytime we get angry at somebody or experience fear to 95% of it is going to be old fear and you have a really easy way that anybody can use really easy to learn and anybody can use just to release that. Thank you, thank you so much for giving me that awesome tool. Another thing, if I can say another thing. Can I say another thing? One of the things that you taught me a long time ago and what I use today is causing. You taught me that a long time ago and that's one of the most profound things in my life. Because the only person that can heal you is you. So when I woke up in the morning and meditated for an hour, that was one of the most profound things that has ever happened to me in my life and doing that every day. You taught me to do that and you call it causing peace. Just allowing your body just to become peaceful. So thank you for giving me that too all in these five days. You taught me to cause peace a long time ago too and you just went into more detail with it in these five days. There is a lot more stuff that you taught me, I don't want to fill up your whole camera. I know I'm talking a lot but just because anyone that comes to this course gets a lot. I got a lot of information. You got a lot of information.
