So, when we locate this point, we start from the medial malleolus bone and then we follow the tibial bone, and tibial bone is a straight line until we get to below, just below the knee, the tibial bone become wider. And then you feel a depression at this wider point, and that's the Spleen 9. With this point, we can insert needle, point 5 to 1 inches to help strengthen the digestive function and also this is a point to help relieve the knee pain.
